Frequently asked questions
Do I need to upload photos?+
It's optional, but with 1–3 photos of their face we can draw them so they recognise themselves. Without photos, we create a character based on what you tell us.
What happens to my child's photos?+
They're only used to draw their character. We don't keep them: they're sent temporarily to the AI service that draws the character, and the link expires automatically within 3 days at most. They're never published or used for anything else.
How long does it take?+
About 15 minutes. You can close the page: we'll send you the link on WhatsApp as soon as it's ready.
How does my child decide what happens?+
At the key moments the story pauses and two big picture buttons appear. The narrator reads both options out loud and your little one taps the one they want.
Can they watch it more than once?+
As many times as they like. And because every choice leads to different scenes, they can watch it again and take a different path.
Is it made with artificial intelligence?+
Yes: AI writes, draws, animates and voices the story, following rules that keep everything right for their age, with no scares and nothing unsafe to copy.
What ages is it for?+
